Use the service lawfully
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, child sexual exploitation, credible threats, fraud, unauthorized access, malware deployment, or violations of another person’s rights.
Model-specific license and use restrictions may also apply. Final model and content-policy disclosures must be published before launch.
Respect the shared capacity
Do not bypass account limits, repeatedly create accounts to evade restrictions, attack the service, interfere with other users, or deliberately keep abandoned generations running.
Use bounded retries, respect request-rate responses, and cancel requests you no longer need. Free access may wait behind paid demand.
Protect credentials and content
Do not submit stolen credentials, confidential material you cannot share, or personal information without the necessary permission. Do not share or resell access through your account key without an explicit agreement.
Neither plan retains conversation content. Requests still pass through temporary processing on the serving infrastructure; see the privacy policy.
Service enforcement
The intended service may restrict or revoke access for abuse, security incidents, or violations of the final terms. A reporting contact and review process must be supplied before public launch.
